In short

  • Confirmed are the release date of 6 November 2026, the set size, the headline cards and the Build & Battle Box; prices, preorder dates and the ETB contents have not been published officially.
  • The sources contradict each other on six points: boosters in the ETB (8, 9 or 11), the ETB promo, the end of the prerelease (1 or 5 November), the retail date of the Build & Battle Box (6 or 20 November), the ETB price ($49.99 or $59.99) and GameStop's release date (6 or 27 November).
  • Pokémon Stores from 24 October 2026.
  • On the measurement day the ETB can be ordered from 18 Polish and 9 US shops, and in Germany from no regular shop, only from Cardmarket.
  • Data: CardPulse, English edition, shop offers in Poland (PLN, excluding Cardmarket) and the US (USD), measured 18 October, 22 October and 29 October 2026; medians are taken across shops.

Fact check and corrections, as of 29 October 2026. Delta Reign releases on 6 November 2026, but only four facts are officially confirmed, and on six more details the sources contradict each other: the pack count in the ETB, the promo, the end of the prerelease, the retail date of the Build & Battle Box, the ETB price and GameStop's release date. Prices and availability add a second layer across three countries: on 29 October 2026 the ETB can be ordered from 18 shops in Poland, 9 in the US and 0 in Germany (only through Cardmarket).

We separate what pokemon.com actually confirms from what comes from shops and fan sites, then compare Poland, Germany and the US using our own CardPulse measurements. At the end is a calendar through February 2027 that rates how solid each date is.

Only four things are officially confirmed; the rest comes from shops and fan sites

Confirmed are the release date of 6 November 2026, the set size, the headline cards and the Build & Battle Box; prices, preorder dates and the ETB contents have not been published officially. We rely on the pokemon.com article of 28 September 2026, ICv2 from 1 October 2026 and the overview by Samurai Sword Tokyo (as of 29 September 2026).

That shop has a commercial interest, so we treat it as a secondary source. One of these items, the card count, is documented only secondhand, through a shop's quotation.

Data: pokemon.com (28 September 2026), ICv2 (1 October 2026), Samurai Sword Tokyo (as of 29 September 2026), PokeBeach (20 August 2026, as cited by Samurai Sword Tokyo); checked 29 October 2026.

Six details where the sources disagree

The sources contradict each other on six points: boosters in the ETB (8, 9 or 11), the ETB promo, the end of the prerelease (1 or 5 November), the retail date of the Build & Battle Box (6 or 20 November), the ETB price ($49.99 or $59.99) and GameStop's release date (6 or 27 November). We could not settle any of them conclusively; we calculate with 9 boosters in the ETB, and the table shows who says what.

Data: Printed Price, TCGplayer Seller Blog (21 October 2026), HotDropStock (updated 20 October 2026), pokemon.com (28 September 2026), Samurai Sword Tokyo; checked 29 October 2026.

The Build & Battle Box discrepancy matters most, because it concerns us too. Our report of 19 October 2026 (in English) took over several values we now consider uncertain:

  • Build & Battle Box. We gave 20 November as the start of wide retail, while pokemon.com of 28 September 2026 says the box also goes on sale on 6 November.
  • Prerelease and TCG Live. We gave 1 November as the end of the prerelease and 5 November for Pokémon TCG Live. The date 5 November also appears at TCGplayer as the end of the prerelease; that it refers to TCG Live is only our hypothesis.
  • MSRP. We called distributor prices MSRP there. The Pokémon Company does not publish US prices, so here we speak of the distributor list price.

One more note on the card count. The set page says over 135 cards, and our preview lists 141: 103 numbered cards plus 38 secret rares. The two figures are compatible, though our report of 22 October said about 37 secret rares, so this is a refinement, not a change.

Build & Battle Box: the only product before release, with an uncertain retail date and price

The Build & Battle Box is the only Delta Reign product with an official sale date ahead of release, since it reaches select Play! Pokémon Stores from 24 October 2026. Inside are 4 boosters, a ready-to-play 40-card deck and one of four foil promos; a US distributor's list (Printed Price) gives $21.99.

Data: pokemon.com (28 September 2026), Printed Price (as of 26 October 2026), TCGplayer Seller Blog (21 October 2026); checked 29 October 2026.

Prerelease games use a 40-card deck and four Prize cards instead of six, not the standard 60-card deck. So the box suits the prerelease, not booster collecting. The promo comes in four versions (Masquerain, Magmortar, Enamorus, Kommo-o), so a collector who wants all four needs at least four boxes or has to buy the missing cards separately.

The TCGplayer market price as of 19 October 2026 was $69.92, 3.2 times the list price. That is a higher multiple than the ETB (2.3), the bundle (2.6) and the display (1.5) in the same overview. One possible cause, and it is a hypothesis: the box goes only to select shops, and demand for the promo and the deck is high. We cannot be sure, because the sources give no print run.

Poland, Germany, US: the biggest difference is the number of shops with stock, not the price

On the measurement day the ETB can be ordered from 18 Polish and 9 US shops, and in Germany from no regular shop, only from Cardmarket. The lowest prices are in a different currency in each country, so we do not convert them; we compare the number of shops and the price relationships inside each market instead.

Data: CardPulse, English edition, shop offers (excluding Cardmarket), 29 October 2026; "orderable" means the offer is marked as available. Germany: Cardmarket, a Europe-wide platform with many sellers, is listed separately beside the shops.

ProductPoland (PLN)Germany (€)US ($)
ETB37 shops, 18 with an orderable offer, from 359.904 shops, 0 orderable; Cardmarket from 89.0017 shops, 9 with an orderable offer, from 89.00
Booster14 shops, 11 with an orderable offer, from 22.002 shops, 0 orderable; Cardmarket from 6.9411 shops, 6 with an orderable offer, from 6.50
Display (36)36 shops, 20 with an orderable offer, from 789.003 shops, 0 orderable; Cardmarket from 207.9417 shops, 9 with an orderable offer, from 219.00

About the table: "shops" are shops that carry the product in their catalog, and "orderable" are entries you can actually order. The orderable share for the ETB is 49% in Poland (18 of 37) and 53% in the US (9 of 17), for the booster 79% (11 of 14) and 55% (6 of 11), and for the display 56% (20 of 36) and 53% (9 of 17). The shop count alone says little about demand, because the markets differ in size and in preorder rules.

Poland has the widest choice: the CardPulse release calendar shows 154 offers from 41 shops there on 29 October 2026. The US has 119 offers from 21 shops, and Germany 23 offers from 5 shops, Cardmarket included.

Four German shops carry the English edition in their catalog, but all their entries are sold out or unavailable, so it can be ordered only from Cardmarket (ETB from €89.00, booster from €6.94, display from €207.94). We left out the "Booster Box (18 Boosters)" entry at €119.00 there, because it is a different product from the 36-booster display.

The German edition "Delta-Herrschaft" is a separate product (German cards, a Top Trainer Box instead of an ETB). We have 43 entries from 12 shops for it, and one is orderable: a display at €179.99.

The cheapest entries are not orderable: Top Trainer Box from €55.00, booster from €5.00, display from €169.99. In the report of 22 October 2026, all 35 entries of the German edition were unavailable, so 8 entries and one orderable offer have been added.

With 9 boosters in the ETB and 36 in the display, a similar ratio shows up in all three countries: an ETB booster costs 1.82 times a display booster in Poland (39.99 PLN against 21.92 PLN), 1.71 times in Germany (€9.89 against €5.78, both from Cardmarket) and 1.63 times in the US ($9.89 against $6.08). The gap is not a counting error: if the ETB held 8 packs, as one guide says, Poland would be at 44.99 PLN per booster, and at 11, as in the Pokémon Center version, at 32.72 PLN. With the ETB you pay for the box, sleeves, dice and promo as well.

Bar chart: an ETB booster costs 1.82 times a display booster in Poland, 1.71 times in Germany and 1.63 times in the US
Ratio of ETB booster to display booster, lowest orderable offers, 29 October 2026. Germany: Cardmarket only. Source: CardPulse.

We have no distributor list price for Poland or Germany, so we calculate markups only for the US, where an anchor exists (Printed Price): $49.99 for the ETB, $161.64 for the display, $26.94 for the bundle, about $4.49 per booster. This is not an official MSRP, since The Pokémon Company does not publish US prices.

The cheapest orderable offers sit 78.0% (ETB, $89.00), 48.4% (bundle, $39.99), 44.8% (booster, $6.50) and 35.5% (display, $219.00) above it. TCGplayer listed a market price of $114.67 for the ETB as of 19 October 2026 (Seller Blog of 21 October), and GameStop showed it at $89.99 ($85.49 for Pro members) on 16 and 18 October 2026; those are single-seller prices on one day, not a market norm.

Why more shops have not pushed prices down yet: three hypotheses

In Poland and the US the number of shops with stock has grown since the earlier measurements, while the lowest prices have barely moved; in Germany one orderable offer was added. That proves no cause, so three hypotheses follow, and we will test them against prices two weeks after release.

Data: CardPulse, English edition, shop offers in Poland (PLN, excluding Cardmarket) and the US (USD), measured 18 October, 22 October and 29 October 2026; medians are taken across shops.

ProductCheapest orderable earlier29 Oct 2026ChangeShops with an offer (earlier → now)

Booster Box, US ($)219.00 (18 Oct)219.000%6 → 9
Booster Bundle, US ($)44.95 (18 Oct)39.99−11.0%5 → 9

Germany has no comparable time series: there are only Cardmarket entries and 0 shops with an orderable offer, so the table has no German rows.

The Polish medians point the same way: the display median went from 799.95 PLN to 839.00 PLN (+4.9%), the ETB median from 379.48 PLN to 380.00 PLN (+0.1%). The exception is the US Booster Bundle, where the lowest price fell 11.0% and the median went from $54.95 to $49.99 (−9.0%). The starting values (22 October for Poland, 18 October for the US) come from our earlier reports, such as the reports of 22 October 2026 and 19 October 2026, which also explain how we count.

First possibility: shops that opened preorders early sold their allocation at the low price and listed the next batch higher. Poland has 43 ETB offers and 19 of them are orderable, so 24 entries are sold out or unavailable.

Of 37 shops that list the ETB, 18 can ship it, which is 49%. The two numbers count different things: 43 are offers, and some shops carry several entries (for example different variants), so 24 unavailable offers do not mean 24 shops.

The 18 are shops with at least one orderable offer; the other 19 shops with an ETB in the catalog have none.

Tip: when you compare prices, always check whether the offer is orderable. The lowest ETB entry in Poland is still 279 PLN, but it is sold out, and it sits 22.5% below the cheapest offer you can actually order.

Second possibility: newly added shops price with a higher margin. The display median in Poland rose 4.9% as 7 shops joined, and none of them undercut the earlier minimum of 779 PLN. 30th Celebration went the other way: the ETB price in Poland fell 11.9% in five weeks while the shop count grew from 2 to 22.

Third possibility: the print run. Pokémon Center opened preorders on 30 September, and the ETB sold out in about two hours according to Printed Price; fans described queues of up to 12 hours and site errors.

One commenter noted that displays and bundles usually stay available a few hours longer than ETBs, but this time vanished just as fast, and suspected a small print run (The Movie Blog, 6 October 2026). That is forum speculation. There is no official information on the print run.

  • Sold-out allocation. The cheap offers are gone because the stock ran out, and new listings start higher.
  • New sellers. Shops that join later price more cautiously, which lifts the median.
  • Small print run. The quick sellouts at Pokémon Center could point to tight supply, but that is an opinion, not evidence.

Three checks before paying, because shop descriptions are inconsistent

Three quick checks keep you from ordering something other than what you expect, and with descriptions this inconsistent that is worth more than a 10 PLN price gap.

  1. Contents. Count the boosters in the description and compare with 9 (standard ETB) or 11 (Pokémon Center).
  2. Availability and timing. Sold-out offers often show up as the cheapest, so look at the cart button and the shipping date, not just the 6 November release.
  3. Language edition and limit. Delta Reign is the English edition; the German "Delta-Herrschaft" and the Japanese Storm Emeralda are different products. Many Polish shops write a limit of 1–2 units into the name, so find out whether it applies per order or per account.

Tip: on the CardPulse product pages (ETB, Booster Box, Booster Bundle) you can see the lowest-price history and set a price alert with a free account.

Calendar through February 2027: 9 entries, only three of them official

Nine Pokémon TCG entries are visible through the end of February 2027, but only the start of the Build & Battle Box (24 October 2026) and the Delta Reign release plus wide retail of the Build & Battle Box (both 6 November 2026) are official; the rest come from leaks or calendars. The table shows the status of each.

Data: pokemon.com, Wargamer (updated 21 October 2026), Screen Rant (6 October 2026), PokeZentrum (1 October 2026), PokéCottage, Pokénnoisseur; checked 29 October 2026.

According to PokeBeach, the Valentine's Box holds 20 mini boosters with 3 cards each and 5 sticker sheets, and the packaging converts into a mailbox for valentines. There are no images, card list or price yet, and The Pokémon Company has confirmed nothing. We describe Flowing Fists, including Mega Lucario Z ex, in a separate article.

Two dates in the table concern Japan. Aura Seeker (27 November 2026) is the Japanese counterpart of Flowing Fists, and MEGA x MEGA Parade (19 February 2027) comes from PokeBeach reports; we found no official page with these dates in the search results. We therefore treat the Flowing Fists dates as cautiously as the Valentine's Box until The Pokémon Company says something.

CardPulse release calendar with the countdown to the Delta Reign release and the list of preorders in US shops
Release calendar on CardPulse, view of 29 October 2026: 8 days to release, and in the English view 119 offers from 21 shops. The “Delta Reign, 1 product” entry on 20 November is the Build & Battle Box with the date from the TCGplayer catalog, which contradicts pokemon.com (6 November).

What this means for players, collectors and sealed buyers

The last 11 days of data read differently depending on the buyer, but they justify neither a rush nor waiting for a price crash at all costs. This is not investment advice, only the arguments sorted by buyer type.

A player who needs cards for a deck, not a box, pays less with the display or the bundle, because the ETB booster costs 63 to 82% more than the display booster in each of the three countries. A collector after one specific ETB should wait for photos from the shop because sources disagree on the promo (Kyogre or Zarude), and a long-term sealed buyer risks entering at the preorder price: the 30th Celebration ETB got 11.9% cheaper in Poland within five weeks while the Pitch Black ETB barely moved (−0.3%), so history offers no rule.

An argument for ordering now: supply is growing while the lowest prices are not falling, so waiting has saved nothing so far. An argument for waiting: release is 8 days away, and for 30th Celebration we measured the price drops only in the five weeks after release. In Germany, regular shops still lack stock, so anyone buying the English edition there depends on a single platform.

We will repeat the measurement two weeks after release to see whether the shop count keeps growing without a price drop in any of the three countries. Until then, compare offers on the CardPulse home page, check the release calendar, and after release browse the Delta Reign guide or open packs in the pack simulator.
